I've finished about 90% of the Toxic Avenger novel and I kinda noticed some shit about the Hypnotic Bum-Dog-Rat-Eye.

When the dog transformed with the bum, I started to think of Junkyard from the Toxic Crusaders right away.

Was this a subtle hint to the cartoon or am I just some crazy idiot?
