Like Skibz said...continuity isn't the series strongest point. I still don't know who Lardass was supposed to be or where he came from other than being a kickass random sidekick. It seems that, in place of continuity, all that really matters is the major plot points/essence of the series: Toxie + mop + blind girl + violence/nudity. As long as they have those main elements, the plot can go anywhere the writers wish, as it's all an excuse to make as insane and offensive a movie as possible. At least that's the vibe I got from part IV.

Re: Toxic Twins pic Thinking about it, I actually want the kids to have less make-up than Toxie.
Like, maybe one loopy eye, maybe some soars. But overall, still normal kids. Kinda what they did in the end of Tromeo.
Simply because Sarah is also the mother and showing more of their faces gives them more to emote with.
That being said, with that whole Sarah Claire business, her full name was revealed in the Toxic Avenger novel (which takes different turns so it's def not a re-telling of the first film...)
So... Sarah and Claire are the same person according to the novel.
